Shipping Times
I aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of payment. If there is any reason why I am unable to do so, I will let you know.
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me in advance to check this is possible.
If the item is being made to order, I will let you know how long it is likely to take to complete and dispatch your order. Items are generally sent by Royal Mail. Higher value orders will require a signature upon delivery.
If you opt for Next Day Delivery at checkout - this will be the next day following dispatch.
Your parcel will be sent to the address provided at time of order so please ensure it is up to date.
International shipping times can vary - some taking up to 3 weeks or much longer due to customs hold ups. As outlined at checkout, a rough guide is as follows, orders to Europe are delivered in 5-7 working days, to the USA in 5-12 working days and to Australia in 7-14 working days. Occasionally there are delays, usually due to customs or local postal services. I'm afraid these are beyond my control.
Insurance and tracking is not included as standard on all parcels unless chosen at checkout.

Unfortunately colour variations can occur due to screen calibration issues and so I cannot offer returns for this reason
